Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Want To Raise Their Royal Twins In The United States

">

That was fast!
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding was only last month. The new Duke and Duchess of Sussex wanted to waste no time starting their family, and new reports are saying that the newlyweds are already expecting twins!
Apparently, they received the news shortly after returning from their honeymoon. Prince William and Kate are said to be the first people to receive the news, and that the new royal couple on everyone's lips is very excited.
All throughout the anticipation of this wedding, there was a lot of chatter about how big of a deal it was for Prince Harry to be marrying a non-royal, American woman. It didn't take long for reports of Meghan's past, family issues and inevitable problems with the restrictions of being part of the royal family.
Now, immediately I can't help but question the timeline here. I mean, if they know they are pregnant, especially with twins, then Meghan must be a couple months along by now. It could be possible that they conceived before the wedding. A "faux pas" of sorts would not be out of the ordinary for the royal bad boy that is Prince Harry.
Maybe she was pregnant during the wedding. Maybe it was the honeymoon. Maybe its nothing - but it IS fun to speculate.
What is most interesting here is that Prince Harry has reportedly decided to raise the twins in the U.S. with his American wife, who he wants to be close to her family.
“Meghan has made countless sacrifices to adjust to royal life,” theinsider explained. “He knows part of her heart will always be in California, and he wants to ensure that the woman of his dreams — and the mother of his children — is content.”
This seems pretty major to me. If they do decide to keep their children in America away from all the political trappings of the royal family, you can bet that the drama will be something to watch!
Now, I know that Meghan Markle is American, but considering the current state of the U.S., I wonder how this will go over with the royal family. I don't imagine the news will be received too well. Maybe the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should raise their children in Canada - obviously, they'd be welcome with open arms.
Someone get me some popcorn. Can we just fast-forward to this era and season of Netflix's The Crown? Please?
Meghan Markle will be turning 37 this summer, so the couple wanted to waste no time conceiving. The Duchess has been getting tips from Kate about prenatal workouts and even ways to help conceal a baby bump at royal functions.
While this has yet to be officially confirmed by the palace, this story is popping up everywhere with multiple sources. I think we're in for a real ride with these new royal babies.
At any rate, all things and drama aside - congratulations to the (possibly) expecting Duke and Duchess.
